Cairns Self-Hypnosis Group
Welcome to this amazing Group of Mind Explorers!
You don't need to know anything at all about hypnosis or self hypnosis to join this group.
Each month we come together to learn about self hypnosis and to explore a topic of transformation (see the schedule below).
You are always in control in hypnosis and with self hypnosis, especially, you become the master of your own subconscious mind.
We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at:
The Chrysalis Relaxation Centre, 129 Mulgrave Road, Paramatta Park (just past the Cairns Showgrounds, enter through the gates and proceed to the car park in the back - we are in the building on the right).
Fee: $20 on the night.
Book In Early - Seats are limited to 15 each month.
All you need to bring along is yourself, water, and a notebook and pen.
The group is led by Deb Selway, PhD, local Hypnotherapist, Counsellor & Advanced EFT Practitioner. Deb is a Counsellor and passionate Hypnotherapist. She has seen hypnotherapy transform the lives of her clients in so many ways and she is dedicated to teaching you how to use self hypnosis to transform your life.
Deb also shares the practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with the group to help facilitate deep healing.
Do take up this opportunity to learn how to give yourself positive subconscious suggestions to help turbo boost your life transformation.
You can expect at each meeting to experience to do a little EFT tapping, to experience Group Hypnosis (on an agreed upon topic with the group) and to learn how to hypnotize yourself!
Each month's meeting will have a particular theme (e.g., stress reduction; sugar addiction) so stay tuned for those notifications before each meeting.
